Sei Bellissimi RossiNO - 75cl

The RossiNO is the non-alcoholic version of the Sei Bellisimi Rossini cocktail. It is a combination of decalcolised, sparkling wine from the Moscatel Piemontese grape and ripe seasonal fruit (strawberries) from Trentino. The sweetness of ripe summer strawberries mixed with fragrant bubbles and fruitiness creates a deliciously fresh combination. The RossiNO is the perfect mocktail for brunch, drinks or as an aperitif. 

Before pouring this ready-to-drink mocktail, the pulp needs to be mixed. Do this by gently turning the bottle upside down. The RossiNO tastes best at a serving temperature of 6-8 degrees. The RossiNO is great paired with finger food, antipasti and desserts, and also as a base for other cocktails.
