Seedlip Spice 94 - Alcohol-free Gin alternative

An aromatic blend of Jamaican pimento and cardamom distillates with two barks (oak and cascarilla) and citrus peels.

Serving

Serve 50ml Seedlip Spice 94 with tonic and garnish with a twist of grapefruit.

Process

Spice 94 boasts a flavour profile of allspice berries (main ingredient), pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, Oakwood, cascarilla bark, cardamom, lemon and grapefruit peels. These ingredients are individually cold-macerated, distilled, mixed, and filtered to achieve the unique taste. The Spice 94 has an aromatic, spicy taste.

The non alcoholic drink is currently being served in more than 50 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. Also, it is used in high-end bars and 5-star hotels (The Ritz).
