With a history of more than 145 years, this red brick distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in France that has secretly preserved the best distillation techniques for the production of spirits. The whole story started with a spirits journey around the world that allowed us to create a complete map of the aromas and flavors we wanted to find in our products.

Armed with pipettes, syringes, a dash of madness, a small distiller, a little ingenuity and a list of ingredients to test, taste and compare, Calixte invented everything in his kitchen with a single goal: the best alcohol-free alternative to cocktails. to create.

Only after 2 years and several hundred tests, devising and adapting new extraction, infusion and distillation techniques, and many questions about the technical feasibility, they have succeeded in inventing Sober Spirits.
