The founders of Laori Drinks are Stella Strüfing and Christian Zimmermann. The start-up was founded in Berlin in October 2019. Since January 2020, the team has been selling the alcohol-free alternative to gin. She combines food science and management expertise in one. Christian studied food technology with a focus on extraction and developed the new process especially for Laori drinks. Laori opens a new world full of delicious drinks with an incredible taste. Less sweet. No hangover. Without compromising on taste. Laori uses traditional perfume distillation production methods in France. They have simulated the smell and taste of gin in a natural way.
