CERO's grapes come from the Golden State Vintners in California. They are simply vinified as normal wine and then aged briefly in their own wooden barrels, giving it a complex taste. From this normal wine with alcohol, the alcohol is carefully extracted via the vacuum system in Europe, so that a very tasteful and powerful renewed alcohol-free wine is produced.
