Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by Yodel.
What will happen when I am not at home?
The driver will leave a notification with a phone number and an internet link to Yodel’s customer service. The recipient can, via one of these channels, make a new appointment within five days for the delivery of an order. Afterwards a second delivery attempt will be carried out automatically. If a customer decides to contact Yodel’s customer service via the internet, he/she will be able to change the delivery address, schedule a new delivery, submit a return order, or plan a pick-up appointment at one of Yodel’s pick-up points. Your order will be offered up to three times.
Can I follow my order via a track & trace code?
Yes that is possible. After we have wrapped up and handed over your order to the carrier you will receive a track & trace code via email. With this code you can follow your order. In addition, prior to the delivery Yodel will send you a couple of text messages concerning the Estimated Day of Delivery and the Estimated Time of Arrival.
